Two thirds round Torremaggiorese tomatoes, one third Prunilli baby tomatoes, blanched together with a few, freshly picked, hot chili peppers, then strained in stainless steel strainers to remove all the liquid. Jarred in glass container with a leaf of organic fresh basil. No coloring nor preservatives added.
